About Us
History
Top Group International (TGI) is the first Europe-based Taiwanese
owned Forwarder and Logistics Service Provider. TGI combines a
traditional "eastern" service mentality with a "western",
transparent, systematic and hands-on approach.
From 2001, TGI has successfully transformed from a small local
forwarder to a partner in total supply-chain solutions,
providing sea and air freights in and out of Europe, pan-European
hinterland transportation via container trucks, trailers, barge,
short-sea vessel and train connection, warehousing, re-work,
value-added services, repair, RMA, tax consultation, business linking
and project analysis. TGI specializes in moving electronics and pc goods.
Logistics
Here at TGI, we have a lot of experience in serving customers with
a wide variety of requirements. Not only do we know how to "iron out"
the difficulties that arise from delays, changes, and the unexpected,
but as a matter of fact that is what we see as our core business:
constant attention to your shipments to prevent and correct unplanned
events.
Warehousing
Our 7000 m² capacitated warehouse is well-protected. The main
commodities stored at our warehouse are high-value electronic
equipments and home appliances, and our warehouse security measures
meet the strictest demands from our clients' insurance policies,
being of the highest standard in the European Union ("class IV"),
commonly used in the EU for storing even jewelry.
From simple pick & pack, label changing, cable insertion /
swapping, re-palletisation, serial number recording and bar-coding,
to the more complex and detailed re-work and repairs on electronic
equipment, technical specs rectification and amendment, firmware
flashing and upgrading - we provide it all to our satisfied and
steadily growing clientele.
Consultancy
TGI management has built up a huge network in transport and
logistics and all related industries. This network covers
governmental organizations, port authorities, consulting companies,
legal and financial advisors, as well as companies specialized in
providing workforce, waste disposal, market research, customs
services, import and export tax law, and real estate. This means that
we are in a position to combine our own experience with easy access
to all kinds of knowledge and know-how, and we can support our
clients with sound and practical advice in their plans to start a
business, open a hub, start a factory, re-locate, restructure,
purchase, or undertake any other business in Europe.
TGI's Taiwanese background makes its service packages particularly
interesting for Chinese and Taiwanese companies wishing to make their
footprints in Europe. But staff and management at TGI do not only
speak Mandarin and Cantonese, Dutch and English: you can also find
someone to talk to you German, French, Italian, Arabic or
Turkish!

Our employees feel committed to our company and to their
customers. With people of 13 different nationalities working in our
company, we speak many languages. More importantly, our understanding
of cultural differences enables us to do business with all
nationalities. We take the "global" in "global forwarding" seriously!
At TGI we practice "cross-departmental training", which ensures that
all staff are multi-functional, and that you, the customer, will
always find someone to answer your questions, even if the specialist
staff member or your "regular" contact person should not be available
at that particular moment: we are always there to help you as a
team.
It is a cheerful bunch here at our office, where many of our
employees have known each other for a long time and know what it
means to build up a company together. But make no mistake: it is also
a serious lot: they know that at the end of the day the only thing
